What You Need to Know

REGISTRATION

Registration can be done via the web portal here or through our free app. We’ll need your name, address, and a credit card on file. If you’re new to our auction, it may take up to 24 hours for approval, so don’t register at the last minute!

TERMS

See our terms and conditions for complete details, but here’s the skinny: all lots are subject to a 23% buyers premium and 6.625% NJ state sales tax unless otherwise noted or if you’re a business with tax exemption, in which case, we’ll ask you for a copy of your certificate and to fill out the appropriate form.

GETTING YOUR ITEMS

If you are the winning bidder, congrats! We’ll send you an invoice via email after the entire auction closes. Items can then be picked up at Brooks Auction after 2PM on the same day the auction closes, or you can arrange for shipping.

TIMING

All winning lots must be picked up within two weeks. After two weeks, you will be charged an additional fee of $5.00/day not to exceed 30 total days. After 30 days, your items are considered forfeited. So the lesson is, like my mother always says, how hard is it to just pick up a phone?

SHIPPING

If you would like your items shipped, please notify us by calling the main office at (856) 694-2960 or email us at shipping@brooks.auction . Packaging and shipping is handled either in-house via USPS or by UPS with any additional fees added to your final invoice. For larger items, we work with the following transport companies:
